Offisavvy, LLC is a San Diego-based office furniture dealer and commercial relocation company. We sell new and pre-owned office furniture and provide professional relocation, installation, and reconfiguration services to businesses throughout Southern California.

2. Products and Services
Offisavvy sells new and used office furniture including desks, chairs, cubicles, conference tables, storage, and related accessories. We also provide commercial office relocation, furniture installation, space planning, and decommission services.
All product descriptions, photos, and pricing on our website are as accurate as we can make them, but we reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Used and pre-owned furniture is sold as described. Condition is noted in each listing. By purchasing pre-owned items, you acknowledge their used nature.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders placed through our website or by phone are subject to acceptance by Offisavvy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred.
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order unless a net-terms arrangement has been separately established in writing.
Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with California law. For tax-exempt purchases, contact us before placing your order to provide your exemption documentation.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, your location, and scheduling. We will communicate expected delivery windows and any delays as they arise.
For in-home or in-office deliveries, you are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and space for delivery and installation. Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring special equipment, elevator access coordination, or significant labor beyond standard installation.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery and acceptance of the goods. Please inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on delivery paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:
- New furniture: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
- Used/pre-owned furniture: All sales are final unless the item was materially misrepresented in the listing.
- Custom or special-order items: Non-returnable once an order has been placed with the manufacturer.
- Installation and relocation services: Non-refundable once services have been performed.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@offisavvy.com within the applicable window. We will provide return instructions and any applicable refund once we receive and inspect the item.
6. Relocation Services
Our commercial relocation services are governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of engagement. That agreement, along with any written scope of work, takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of a conflict.
Relocation services require a signed agreement and deposit before scheduling. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, or facilities discovered during a move.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on offisavvy.com — including text, photos, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Offisavvy, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Offisavvy, you agree to our SMS terms, including opt-out procedures (reply STOP at any time) and message frequency disclosures. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of website content for any particular purpose. New products carry manufacturer warranties where applicable — contact us for warranty details on specific items.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Offisavvy’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in San Diego County, California. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state laws — see our Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
